early closinginsufficient towels
the breakfast closed 15 minutes early, thats was really annoying. i never got enough towels or toiletries for my son, and it seemed like he wasnt even supposed to be there. using the stairs was not possible either. its the kind of thing that makes you not want to come back.

The access system felt inconvenient. I could only reach my floor or the reception using the card. This seemed more for staff convenience. The beds also proved uncomfortable, as did the pillows. I tried them in several rooms. Put coffee machine in the room, it's old to still use coffee sachets.

the staff was super efficient! i really enjoyed the location since it is connected to the mall. the room was super clean and cozy, just what i needed.
The internet was very weak. It took them hours to solve the problem though it wasn't fixed. there was a smell in the room i didn't like. i also thought the gym needed some upgrades.

the staff was helpful and friendly, alright.
The shower wasn't working properly. It would stop and start. the shower pressure was also very low and the water lukewarm, something i found annoying first thing in the morning. cleaning had to be requested multiple times (i even took photos of the dirty balcony).

I found the proximity to the Festival City Mall convenient. The direct connection made shopping and dining very accessible. Staff took excellent care of me during my medical isolation. A fruit selection arrived in less than 30 minutes, a very kind gesture. I was supplied with more water daily, which I appreciated.
I found the gym was not spacious.
